Work Queue screen reference
Every element of the Work Queue — stats, columns, statuses, confidence levels, filters, and bulk actions.
Work Queue is the review inbox for AI-processed emails, documents, and data updates. The sidebar badge shows the live pending count.
Header
- Refresh — reloads the queue.
- AI Settings — opens the auto-processing thresholds (Settings, AI tab).
Stat cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending Review | Items waiting for a decision |
| High Confidence | Ready for quick approval (95%+) |
| Needs Verification | Medium-confidence items |
| Low Confidence | Requires manual review |
A second row tracks automation over Today, Week, or Month: Auto-Processed (by AI without human review), Auto-Approve Rate (emails handled without an operator), and Failed (errors requiring attention).
Queue table
| Column | Meaning |

| From | Sender; an AI Processed marker appears on AI-handled items |
| File | Linked shipment/file number and its route |
| Subject / Document | Email subject or document name with a preview snippet |
| Confidence | Score bar with a percentage; items without a score show Unverified |
| Action | The proposed action (the email's classification); unclassified items show Needs Classification |
| Status | Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Auto Approved |
| Received | When the item arrived |
Confidence bands: Very High (95%+), High (85%+), Medium (70%+), Low (below 70%). Rows can also carry the flags URGENT, Check Dup (possible duplicate), and Send failed.
Filters and views
- Status filter: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Auto-Approved.
- Search box: "Search queue items...".
- Group by Shipment — clusters items under their linked file; unlinked mail lands in "Ungrouped — No shipment linked".
- Column presets: Default, Unread, Compact.
Actions
- Per row: Approve, Reject, View Details.
- Bulk: Approve Selected, Reject Selected.
- Quick action banner: Approve All High Confidence (appears when items are at 95%+).

j/knavigate,aapprove,rreject.
Empty state
A new company sees "Your Work Queue is Empty" with two starting points: Connect Email and Upload Documents. The AI then processes incoming mail, extracts shipping data with confidence scores, auto-approves what clears your thresholds, and queues the rest here.
