Approve AI actions in the Work Queue
Review what the email agent proposed and approve or reject it — one item or all high-confidence items at once.
The Work Queue collects everything the AI processed from your emails and documents that still needs a human decision. Approving an item executes its proposed action — for example creating a shipment, a quote, or a vendor bill.
Before you start
- The sidebar badge on Work Queue shows how many items are pending.
- To understand how items get here, see How the email agent classifies mail & autonomy levels.

Steps
- Open Work Queue in the sidebar. The header cards summarize what is waiting: Pending Review, High Confidence (ready for quick approval), Needs Verification, and Low Confidence (requires manual review).
- Find the item to review. Each row shows the sender (From), the linked File (shipment or file number with its route), the Subject / Document, a Confidence score, the proposed Action (its classification), and the Status.
- Select the row to open its details and check what the AI extracted. Items processed by AI carry an AI Processed marker.
- Decide:
- Approve — executes the proposed action. If it creates a record you get an Entity Created confirmation and can continue straight to the new shipment, quote, or bill.
- Reject — dismisses the proposal; nothing is created.
- For several items at once, select their checkboxes and use Approve Selected or Reject Selected.
- When items sit at 95%+ confidence, a banner offers Approve All High Confidence — one click approves the whole batch.
Keyboard: j / k move through rows, a approves, r rejects.
Result
Approved items change to Approved (or Auto Approved when the AI handled them without you) and the created records are live in their modules. Rejected items are kept for audit with status Rejected.
Approve what the AI proposed
The Work Queue collects everything the email agent processed that still needs a human decision. Group items by shipment, open a proposed action with its extracted fields and confidence, and approve it in place.
Tips
- Group by Shipment clusters queue items by their linked file so you can clear a whole shipment's mail in one pass.
- If an email send fails after approval, the item is flagged Send failed — approve it again to retry the send.
- Auto-approval thresholds (which items skip the queue entirely) live under AI Settings — the button in the Work Queue header takes you there.
