Work through a queue item and agent escalations

Open a queue item's detail panel to approve, edit, retry, or reopen it — and resolve the escalations agents raise for a human.

Selecting a Work Queue row opens a detail panel with three columns — the email thread, the shipment record it links to, and an Actions / Workflow / History tab set. A fourth Book Carrier tab joins that set when the linked shipment is ready to book with a carrier. This is where you make the real decision on an item.

Approve, edit, or reject

The footer button changes with the item:

  • Approve & Create Shipment — runs the proposed action and creates the record.
  • Approve with Changes (N edits) — appears once you edit any extracted field inline; it approves with your corrections applied.
  • Retry send — for an item flagged Send failed, approving retries only the email send.
  • Reject — dismisses the proposal.

Shortcuts: Shift+A approves, Shift+R rejects, j / k move between items, Esc closes.

After approval

A green banner names what was created — Shipment Created, Quote Created, or AP Bill Created — with View Entity to open it and Next to move on. If Linbis suggests a workflow, use Activate Workflow or Skip. A rejected item can be brought back with Reopen for Review.

Proposal cards

Some items hold nested cards you act on individually:

  • Workflow step — Approve Step or Skip.
  • Drafted reply — flip the Edit / Preview toggle to adjust the To, Subject, and body, then Send it (the button reads Send (edited) once you've changed anything) or Reject to discard it.
  • Scope Change the agent detected — Accept Change to apply it (you confirm with Yes, Apply Changes) or Reject Change.
  • Booking Cancellation — Confirm Cancellation to cancel the whole shipment (a confirm step follows) or Reject.

Resolve agent escalations

When an agent needs a human to sign off, it raises an Agent Escalation — each card shows the priority, the agent, a recommendation, and a deadline. Per card:

  • Approve — authorize the action (critical categories ask you to confirm first).
  • Reject — decline it; you can add a reason for the audit log.
  • Modify (pencil) — open the escalation to change it before resolving.

When the panel reads "All actions approved — agents are handling your shipments," nothing is waiting on you.
