AI Inbox
AI Inbox screen reference
The cargo-owner AI Inbox — stat cards, columns, confidence levels, statuses, filters, and every approval action.
The AI Inbox is where you review and approve AI-processed emails, documents, and shipment updates before anything is created. It is the cargo-owner twin of the Work Queue: same idea, one decision at a time.
Header
- Refresh — reloads the list and the stat cards.
- AI Settings — opens your auto-processing thresholds (Settings). Items above your thresholds are handled automatically; everything else waits here.
Until a mailbox is connected (or shared with you), a connect prompt shows instead of the list.
Stat cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending Review | Items waiting for a decision |

| Needs Review | Requires manual verification (medium confidence) |

Items table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Type | Email, Document, or Paste |
| Subject / Document | Title and a preview snippet |
| Confidence | Score bar with a percentage; unscored items show Unverified |
| Suggested Action | What the AI proposes, plus any matched account |
| Status | Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Auto Approved |
| Received | When the item arrived |
Confidence bands: Very High (95%+), High (85%+), Medium (70%+), Low (below 70%). Rows can carry the flags URGENT and Check Dup (possible duplicate).
Filters and views
- Type filter: Email, Document, Paste.
- Status filter: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Auto-Approved.
- Search box: "Search inbox items...".
- Column presets: Default and Triage.
- Clear Filters resets a filtered view back to All Items.
Actions
- Per row: Approve (thumbs-up), Reject (thumbs-down), and a menu with View Details and View Original.
- Bulk: tick rows, then Approve Selected or Reject Selected.
- Quick-action banner: Approve All High Confidence (appears when items sit at 95%+).
- A pickup-confirmation callout can appear above the table with Apply / Dismiss.
Heads up: the row menu's View Original item isn't wired up yet — selecting it doesn't open anything. To open an item and read its original content, use View Details instead.
