Reclassify an email in the Triage Queue

Correct the type the agent gave a low-confidence or unrecognized email — with a 30-second undo.

The Triage Queue holds the emails the agent could not classify with confidence — anything it marked Unknown or scored below the triage threshold. Telling it the right type both routes the email and teaches the classifier.

Steps

  1. Open the Triage Queue. The heading shows the count, and each row lists Received, Sender, Subject, what it was Classified as, and the Confidence percentage.
  2. Find the email to fix and open its Reclassify… dropdown in the Actions column.
  3. Pick the correct type. The list covers every classification the agent uses — for example booking confirmation, booking request, quote request, quote response, arrival notice, vendor bill, customs hold, payment notice, and more.
  4. The email is re-routed immediately and drops out of triage. You get a "Reclassified" confirmation noting that Undo is available for 30 seconds.
  5. Changed your mind? Select Undo within that window to restore the previous classification.

When the list is quiet

  • No emails awaiting triage means the agent is classifying everything with confidence — "Emails the agent could not classify with confidence will appear here."
  • Load more pulls the next page when there are many rows.
  • If live updates drop, a banner reads "Live updates disconnected; refreshing manually." — use Refresh to reload. Retry reloads after a load error.
