Your quotes (cargo-owner view)
The calm, five-column quotes list cargo owners see — drafts, sent requests, and accepted prices, all in one place.
If your company is set up as a cargo owner (you ship goods rather than forward other people's), Quotes opens a calm, single-table view of your quote requests. It's a different screen from the forwarder quotes module — simpler, focused on the requests you've started rather than on pricing and conversions. For the full forwarder module, see the Quotes screen reference.
Header
At the top you'll find the page title, a one-line reminder — "Drafts, sent requests, and accepted prices — all in one place." — and a New quote request button that opens the quote wizard.
The table
One row per quote request, with five columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Reference | The quote number, with a small icon for the mode (air, ocean, or ground) and the operation type (Import, Export, Domestic, or Cross-trade) below it |
| Route | The lane, shown as origin → destination using the port codes you entered (a dash appears when a port was left blank) |
| Cargo | A short summary — pieces, weight in kg, and volume in cbm, whichever you filled in |
| Status | A colored pill (see below) |
| Created | The date you started the request |
Statuses
- Draft — saved but not sent yet.
- Sent — the request has gone out.
- Accepted — a price you've accepted.
- Rejected — a price that was turned down.
- Expired — a quote that aged past its validity.
- Booked — the quote has been turned into a booking.
Getting around
If you have more than one page of requests, Previous and Next buttons at the bottom step through them, with a count — for example "1–20 of 34" — so you always know where you are.
When the list is empty
Before you've made any requests, the page shows a friendly empty state — "No quote requests yet" — with a Start a request button that opens the wizard.
