Review AI-extracted rate quotes
Triage the Rate Quotes inbox — approve or reject AI-extracted rates by confidence band, in bulk or one at a time, and promote them to rate cards.
When Linbis extracts rates from an uploaded document or a carrier email, they land in Rate Intelligence → Rate Quotes as pending quotes — each with a confidence score. This is where you check them before they become rate cards your quotes can price against.
Before you start
- Rate quotes arrive from Upload Rate Document (rate sheets, carrier emails). If the inbox is empty, upload a document first.
Steps
- Open Rate Intelligence in the sidebar and select Rate Quotes.
- Sort by confidence with the band tabs — All Quotes, Pending Review, High Confidence, Needs Attention, Converted — each with a count. Start on Needs Attention: those are the low-confidence extractions most likely to be wrong.
- Narrow further with Filters (Carrier, Source) if the list is long.
- Select Review on a row to open the review sheet. It shows the extracted lane, carrier, valid dates, transit, currency, confidence, the Rate Lines and Surcharges the AI read, and any commercial detail.
- Decide:
- Approve — converts the quote into a rate card.
- Reject — requires a Rejection Reason first, then dismisses it.
- For the trustworthy ones, skip the sheet: tick several rows and select Auto-promote selected to convert them to rate cards in one move.
Result
Approved quotes become rate cards (the row moves to Converted, with a View card link) and start feeding Apply a suggested rate to a quote. "No rate quotes in this tab" means that band is clear.
