Fleet Tracking

The Tracking board — fleet KPIs, the live map with mode tabs, the attention queue, and the shipment side panel.

Shipments → Tracking opens the Fleet Tracking board: every active shipment on one map, with the ones that need a human surfaced in an attention queue.

A shipment's status timeline — its milestones from Booked through Delivered, the per-shipment tracking view reached from the board

The KPI strip

Six clickable tiles — Total Shipments, In Transit, Arriving Today, Delay Risk (4d), Updates Overdue, AI Recommendations. Clicking a tile filters the queue below to that slice.

The map

Shipments appear as mode-colored markers (clustered when dense), with amber pins for delay-risk moves. The tabs above filter by mode: All Modes, Ocean, Air, Ground, and Drayage (active pickups only).

The attention queue

A table of the shipments worth looking at, grouped By Shipment or By Container. Columns: Shipment ID, Mode, Route, Milestone, ETA, Last update, Urgency (High / Medium / Low), AI, Drayage, Demurrage (Within free time / At risk / Overdue), and Pending approvals. When nothing qualifies: "No shipments need attention". Selecting rows opens Bulk actions — Mark attended, Snooze alert (1, 4, or 24 hours), and Assign owner (admins). Views saves the current mode, filters, and grouping locally.

Clicking a row opens the side panel with the shipment's clocks and an Open shipment full view link to the full page. Data auto-refreshes (KPIs and queue every 30s, map every 60s); press ? for the keyboard shortcuts, r to refresh.

Tracking links for customers are generated from the shipments list — see All Shipments; per-shipment tracking detail lives on the shipment's Tracking tab (reference).
