Role coverage
See which accounts are missing a required functional role, so you find the customers nobody owns before they notice.
Role coverage (/role-coverage) answers the question a busy desk cannot answer from memory:
which of our customers have nobody looking after them?
It lists your accounts against the roles you marked as required in the functional roles catalog, and shows where a required role has no holder. A gap here is not cosmetic β an inbound email that resolves to an account with no Sales owner has nobody to route to, so it lands unassigned and waits for a human to notice.
Read it
Each row is an account; each required role either has a holder or is flagged as a gap. Start with the accounts that ship the most, or the ones that just went active β those are the gaps that cost you something.
Close a gap
Open the account and assign someone in the Functional Roles panel. Coverage updates as soon as the assignment is written, so the list is a worklist rather than a report you run monthly.
Note β Coverage measures against the roles you marked required. If a role matters to your business but is not marked required, its gaps will not appear here β set that in the catalog first.
