Proposed

The Proposed Accounts queue — unknown senders the email agent surfaces from inbound mail, ready to approve or reject.

Proposed (/accounts/proposed) is where the email agent parks unknown senders: "Unknown senders the agent surfaced from inbound emails." When mail arrives from an address that matches no existing account, the agent proposes a new one here for a human to confirm — so your address book stays clean instead of filling with duplicates.

The Proposed Accounts queue — status tabs and rows of unknown senders with name, domain, confidence score, and detected date

The queue

Filter by Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Superseded. Each row shows the Name, Domain, Email, Type, a Confidence score, and when it was Detected.

Approve or reject

Approve turns the proposal into a real account and drops you on the new record. Reject dismisses it and lets you leave an optional note for the audit trail ("Reject proposal"). When a better match arrives, the older proposal is marked Superseded by → the winning record. Clear the queue and you'll see "No proposed accounts" — "The agent will surface unknown senders here when classifying emails."
