Quote, accept, or cancel a rate request
The rate request detail page — cargo summary, submitting a quote as the recipient, accepting a quote as the sender, and cancelling.
Selecting a request on the Rate Requests list opens its detail page — the route (origin → destination) with a mode icon, the created date, and a status pill: PENDING, QUOTED, ACCEPTED, CANCELLED, or EXPIRED. Back to Rate Requests returns to the list. What you can do depends on whether you sent or received the request.
Cargo Details
The Cargo Details card lays out the freight mode, cargo type, commodity, pieces, weight, volume, load type, incoterm, and the cargo-ready / expiry dates. If it is flagged Dangerous Goods, the UN number, DG class, and packing group show too, along with any notes.
As the recipient — submit a quote
If the request was sent to you and is PENDING, Submit a Quote opens the response form. You enter the price, transit time, carrier and vessel/flight, a charge breakdown, and routing notes, then submit. Your quote appears under Quotes and moves the request to QUOTED.
As the sender — accept or cancel
- While PENDING, Cancel Request withdraws it.
- Each reply appears as a card headed Quote from the responder's company, with its total, transit days, valid-until date, carrier, and charge breakdown. Once the request is QUOTED, Accept Quote on the one you want marks it Accepted (badged Accepted) and closes out the others.
Until a partner replies, the Quotes section reads "No quotes have been submitted yet."
