Find files that need your attention (Active Files)

The Command Center Active Files list — every shipment and quote with agent changes waiting on you, sorted by urgency.

Active Files is the worklist for the AI agents: every shipment and quote where an agent has proposed a change, drafted a message, or flagged something — grouped so you can see what to open first. It is the front door to the file review workbench.

Steps

  1. Open Command Center in the sidebar and select the Active Files tab.
  2. Pick a view with the three sub-tabs:
    • Needs Action — files with pending agent suggestions (the default).
    • All Activity — everything the agents touched in the chosen time range.
    • Resolved — files you already approved or dismissed.
  3. Narrow the list:
    • Sort — Most Urgent, Most Recent, or Most Pending.
    • Mode — All Modes, Air, Ocean, or Road.
    • On All Activity, a time range — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
  4. Or search across everything: type in Search any file... (reference, customer, or route).
  5. Read the cards. Files sit under Quotes, Shipments, and Unlinked Emails headings. Each card shows a status flag — URGENT, PENDING, or INFO — the reference and route, the customer, how many pending actions wait, and when the agent last acted.
  6. Select a card to open its review workbench.

Result

You land on the file where you approve or reject each proposed change. An empty Needs Action tab ("No pending actions — Your agents are quiet.") means nothing is waiting.

Tips

  • Most Urgent floats blocker-level files to the top — start there.
  • Unlinked Emails are messages the agent could not tie to a file yet; they only show on Needs Action.
