Command Center
Approve or reject an email action
The Command Center Email tab — review what the email agent proposes per message, approve or reject it, and rescue failed ones.
Command Center → Email is the agent's email inbox: one card per processed message, showing how the agent classified it and what it wants to do. You approve, reject, or rescue each one.
Before you start
- Your mailbox must be connected. If nothing has been processed you'll see "No emails processed yet" with a Go to Settings link — connect the inbox there first.
- A row of health strips at the top surfaces ingestion, outbound, and rules problems; a count is a drill-down into the affected messages.
Steps
- Open Command Center in the sidebar and select the Email tab.
- Narrow the list with the two dropdowns: status (All, Pending, Auto-Processed, Approved, Rejected, Failed) and type (Inquiry, Status Update, RFQ, Booking, Invoice).
- Read a card: the classification chip, a status chip, the confidence percentage, the subject and sender, and — when matched — the shipment it was tied to.
- Act on it:
- A Pending card shows an Approve action (check) and Reject action (cross) button.
- A Failed card offers Retry extraction (re-run the agent) or Dismiss.
- A Send failed card offers Retry send or Dismiss.
- Select the card body to open the detail sheet for the full email, the extracted data, and the proposed action.
Result
Approving executes the proposed action; rejecting discards it. Auto-processed messages already ran on their own and are here for the record. The counts at the top (pending, auto · 24h, failed) update as you work.
