Agent Task Board

The global Agent Task Board — a Kanban of every agent and workflow task across all your shipments, from Ready to Done.

The Agent Task Board (Agents in the sidebar) is a single Kanban of every task in flight across all your shipments — both what the agents are doing and the planned checklist steps that still need to happen. Its subtitle: "All active agent tasks across shipments." (Open the same board scoped to one file from that file's workspace.)

The columns

Cards flow left to right through up to seven columns; the ones with no cards stay hidden:

  • Ready — queued, waiting to start.
  • Blocked — waiting on a dependency.
  • Working — an agent is running it now.
  • Waiting — paused on an outside party (carrier, customer, customs, terminal...).
  • Needs Review — an agent finished and wants your sign-off.
  • Done — completed or skipped.
  • Failed — errored out.

A summary bar up top counts each state (ready, working, review, done...), and a Next Action (or Urgent — Next Action) banner points you at the single most important task to start next.

Working a card

  • Checklist cards carry Start, Done, Waiting on..., and Skip (a regulatory step requires a reason). Waiting cards offer Resume and Done.
  • Agent cards in Needs Review show the agent's proposed action and confidence, and a Failed card shows the error. Note their Approve / Reject / Retry buttons are display-only on this global board — they don't do anything when clicked. To actually sign off on an agent action, open the file's review workbench or the Approvals queue.
  • When the board is global, each card links to its shipment; the progress bar shows how far that file's checklist has run.

When to use it

The Task Board is the cross-shipment "what's the whole desk working on" view. To review the field changes behind a single file, use the Active Files workbench; to see a multi-step run's history, use Workflows.
