Workflow execution history

The Command Center Workflows tab — a run history of multi-step agent workflows with per-step status.

Command Center → Workflows is the run history for multi-step agent workflows — the sequences that chain several actions together (for example: create the invoice, then draft the notification, then update status). Its subtitle: "Track multi-step workflow runs and their progress."

Reading the list

Each row is one Workflow Execution, showing the workflow name, how many steps completed (3/5 steps), the total run time, and a status pill:

  • Pending, Approved, Running — still in flight.
  • Completed — every step succeeded.
  • Failed — a step errored out.
  • Rolled Back — a partial run was reversed.
  • Cancelled — stopped before finishing.

Step detail

Select a row to expand its steps. Each step carries its own icon and status — completed, failed, rolled back, pending/skipped, or running — and a failed step shows the error message inline, so you can see exactly where a run stopped and why.

When to use it

This tab is read-only — it is where you confirm a chained automation actually ran end to end, and diagnose which step failed when one didn't. To act on an individual agent task, use the Activity feed or the review workbench; to sign off on a step that needs a human, use the Approvals queue. The empty state reads "No workflow executions yet."
