Task supervisor dashboard
The live warehouse task operations view — active scanners, queue depth, completion rate, overdue worklist, and workload by person and team.
Warehouse → Tasks → Supervisor is the live operations view for whoever runs the floor — Task supervisor, "Live warehouse task operations — queue, throughput & exceptions". It refreshes on its own every 20 seconds. The header has Board and Teams buttons. This screen is English-only today.
The four metric tiles
- Active scanners — operators active in the last 30 minutes.
- Queue depth — open plus in-progress tasks.
- Completion rate — the share done over a 7-day window.
- Overdue — how many tasks are past due; the tile turns to an alarm border when any exist.
Queue and throughput
- Queue by kind — open plus in-progress counts per kind (Load, Receive, Delivery, and so on), highest first. "Queue is clear" when empty.
- Throughput (scans, 7d) — the 7-day scan total with a sparkline.
Needs attention
The Needs attention worklist has two tabs — Overdue and Stale (claimed tasks left idle over an hour). Each row shows the task, its priority, how late it is, and a link to its shipment, plus three quick actions:
- Reassign — hand the task to another user or team.
- Re-pool — return it to the claimable pool.
- Priority — bump it to Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
Workload
Two panels — By assignee and By team — show each person's or team's total with a stacked bar (in-progress plus open), so you can rebalance before a queue backs up.
