Warehouse tasks
The task board and task detail — create, assign, prioritize, and close warehouse Load, Receive, and Delivery tasks for the floor.
Warehouse → Tasks is the work board for the floor — the load, receive, delivery, and release jobs your team works through, with assignment, priority, and a full audit trail. This screen is English-only today. The kiosk equivalent for operators is the Scan kiosk.
The task board
The board header reads Tasks — "Warehouse load, receive, delivery & release tasks" — with Supervisor, Teams, and New Task in the top right.
- View toggle — switch between Status and Priority. Status shows three columns — Open, In Progress, Done (each with a count). Priority shows four lanes — Low, Medium, High, Urgent.
- Filters — a "Search notes…" box plus Kind, Status, and Priority dropdowns (each defaults to All), an Overdue only toggle, and Clear.
- Kinds — Load, Receive, Delivery, Release, Move, and Cycle Count.
- Drag to act — in Status view, dragging a card to Done runs the close routine (it asks "Close this task?" first). In Priority view, dragging a card to a lane reprioritizes it.
- Bulk bar — select cards to Assign many at once or set Low/Medium/High/Urgent in bulk.
Create a task
- Select New Task. The New task dialog opens.
- Choose the Kind (Load, Receive, or Delivery), a Priority, and optionally a Shipment to link (type at least two characters to search).
- Optionally pick a Template, a Due date, an Assign to target (a user or a Team), and Notes.
- Select Create task. It lands in the Open column.
Assign a task
Use Assign on a card, in the bulk bar, or on the detail page. The popover has two tabs — Users and Teams. Routing a task to a team returns it to that team's claimable pool.
Task detail
Open a card to reach Task detail — the kind, mode, link to its Shipment, and a status pill. From here you can change Priority, set or clear the Due date, Assign / Reassign / Unassign, and run the lifecycle: Close, Cancel (with a required reason), or Reopen a closed task. The Items section lists linked commodities, and the Activity timeline records every change (Created, Assigned, Reprioritized, Closed, Reopened, and so on).
