Task teams
Create warehouse teams, rename them, toggle them active, and manage membership so tasks can be routed to a group instead of one person.
Warehouse → Tasks → Teams — "Task teams", "Route tasks to teams and manage their members" — is where you group floor operators so a task can be routed to a whole team's claimable pool instead of one named person. The header has Board and Supervisor buttons. This screen is English-only today.
Create a team
- In the left Teams panel, type a name in "New team name…".
- Select the add button. The team appears with a "0 member(s)" count.
Rename or deactivate a team
- Rename — select the pencil on a team row, edit the name inline, and save.
- Active toggle — each team has an Active / Inactive switch. Only active teams appear as assignment targets on the task board and in the create-task dialog.
Manage members
- Select a team in the left panel. The right panel then shows that team's members.
- Select Add member, choose a user under User ("Choose a user…" — people who are already members are filtered out), and select Add.
- To take someone off, select Remove on their row.
Only members of a team can claim a task that has been pooled to that team, so keep membership current as shifts change.
