Agent Onboarding

The five-step wizard that turns on AI agents — pick your business type, enable agents, choose an authority preset, connect email, and start training.

AI Agents (/settings/agents) is the onboarding wizard that turns on the agents that "work on behalf of your operators." It runs in five steps, with Back and Continue between them and Complete Setup at the end.

The five steps

  1. Business Type — pick one: Freight Forwarder ("Import/export logistics, consolidation, customs"), Trucker, Customs Broker, or Warehouse. Your choice pre-selects a default set of agents.
  2. Enable Agents — toggle the specialist agents on: Operations, Visibility, Billing, Documentation, Compliance, Communications, and others, filtered to your business type. Enable at least one to continue.
  3. Authority — choose a preset: Conservative ("Everything requires approval. Best for getting started."), Standard ("Routine tasks auto-execute, financial actions need approval."), or Custom ("Configure each action type individually.").
  4. Email — connect your work mailbox so agents can extract shipment data and classify messages; Gmail/Outlook OAuth or IMAP, the same as Connect email. Already-connected inboxes show as Connected.
  5. Training — every enabled agent starts at L0 in training mode (about two weeks): "All actions will require approval until they build up accuracy and earn your trust." The progress shown here is the starting state; live accuracy and level progression appear later on the Trust Dashboard.

Finish

Complete Setup saves your selections (enabled agents, authority preset, and any custom profile) and takes you to the Command Center. You can adjust everything afterward in Autonomy Settings.
