White Label
Put your own brand on the documents, emails and public pages your customers see — and, with the domain add-on, serve them from your own web address.
White Label (/settings/white-label) replaces Linbis's name with yours everywhere your
customers look. It comes as two paid add-ons you can buy independently: branding and, on top
of it, a custom domain.
Nothing here changes what your own team sees inside the app — it only affects the documents, emails and public pages that leave your company.
What branding covers
Once the branding add-on is active:
- Your footer line on every generated PDF, in place of the Linbis footer.
- Emails sent under your company name — payment and system notifications show your sender name instead of "Linbis Pay".
- "Powered by Linbis" removed from the pages your customers open.
- Outbound rate requests signed as your company, so carriers see you, not the platform.
Setting it up
The Branding card opens with a three-item checklist showing what is still missing. Two of them live in your general settings and the card links straight to them:
| Item | Where |
|---|---|
| Company logo | Settings → Organization → Company branding |
| Primary color | Settings → Organization → Company branding |
| Document footer | This page |
Then fill in:
- Document footer line — the line printed at the foot of your documents, for example
Acme Freight | www.acmefreight.com. A preview updates as you type. Leave it empty and your documents fall back to the platform line rather than printing a blank footer. - Email sender name — what recipients see in their inbox, for example
Acme Freight Payments. - Hide "Powered by Linbis" — removes the badge from customer-facing pages.
Changes apply to documents and emails generated from that point on; already-generated PDFs keep the footer they were created with.
Your own web address
The custom domain add-on serves your public pages — tracking, quotes, payment pages — from a subdomain of your own, so a customer following a link never sees our domain.
Use a subdomain, such as track.yourcompany.com. Root domains are not supported: pointing an
entire domain at us would take over your website.
Claiming it
- Enter the subdomain and choose Add domain.
- Add the two records shown to your DNS provider: a CNAME pointing the subdomain at our platform, and a TXT record proving you own it.
- Wait. We check automatically every few minutes, and Check now asks for an immediate attempt (limited to once every 30 seconds).
The domain moves through waiting for DNS → verifying → active. Verifying is us issuing the HTTPS certificate; propagation at your DNS provider is usually the slow part, and it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
If it stays on waiting for DNS, the records have not propagated yet or do not match — check them at your provider first.
Removing it
Remove domain stops the address immediately: links you have already sent stop working, so send replacements before removing a domain your customers are using.
The address stays reserved for you for 30 days, and Re-enable brings it back without anyone else being able to claim it in the meantime.
What stays on our domain
Signing in, the dashboard and everything your staff uses stay on the Linbis address. Only the pages your customers open move to yours. If someone opens an internal link on your domain, we send them to the platform address instead.
Cancelling
Cancel add-on at the bottom of the page removes branding from your plan: documents and emails go back to the platform's name from that point on, and the custom domain is cancelled with it, since it depends on branding.
