Billing (/settings/billing) shows "Your plan and usage limits this billing period." The Current plan card names your plan (shown as its plan code, e.g. FREE, STARTER, PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE), and Usage this period tracks your monthly limits.

Usage this period

The usage bars cover Shipments, Quotes, Emails, AI actions, and Documents — each showing used against your limit, with a warning as you approach it ("You're close to your … limit") and a footer showing when the counters reset. Unlimited resources show an infinity marker.

Upgrade or change plan

The primary button reads Upgrade plan on a free plan or Change plan on a paid one; both open Upgrade your plan, which lists the tiers above your current one:

  • Starter ($49/mo) — solo forwarders and small ops teams.
  • Professional ($99/mo) — growing forwarders (unlimited emails, API access, carrier auto-booking).
  • Enterprise ($249/mo) — multi-office, high-volume (unlimited everything, SSO/SAML).

Choose a tier ("Choose Professional") to open Stripe's secure checkout inside the dialog; Maybe later dismisses it. Seat overages, if any, are shown before you pay.

After checkout: the return screen

Stripe returns you to /billing/success, which confirms the payment:

  • While it polls Stripe it shows Confirming payment….
  • On success it shows Payment received — "Your … plan is now active. Redirecting…" — and sends you on automatically.
  • If confirmation is slow it shows Still processing with Settings (back to billing) and Refresh to re-check.
