General
The organization tab of Settings — company profile, logo, TSA / FMC numbers, bank and invoice settings, Terms & Conditions, team, and Accounting Mode.
General is the organization tab of Settings (/settings) — company-wide configuration for
owners and admins. Other roles see "Only administrators can view and modify organization settings."
Company profile
Company Information ("Update your organization's details") holds Company Name, Company Short Name ("Abbreviated name for documents"), Legal Name, Tax ID / EIN, plus address, phone, email, and website. A Company Logo uploader sits above it, and General Information captures your TSA Number and FMC Number.
Financial and team
Further cards cover Bank Information, Invoice Settings, Commodity Billing toggles, Terms & Conditions (write them once, then choose which documents print them), and Team Management. Accounting Mode picks how you post financials — QBO Only, Linbis GL, or GL + QBO (the last two need QuickBooks connected under Settings > Integrations).
