Aged Payables
The Aged AP report — outstanding vendor bills bucketed by age, per vendor, as of a date.
Accounting → Reports → Aged AP opens the Financial Reports page on its Aged AP tab. The report heading reads Aged Payables — "Outstanding vendor bills by age" — the payables mirror of Aged Receivables. It groups what you owe vendors by how overdue it is.
Filter
- As of Date — the cutoff. Ages are measured against this day.
Columns
One row per vendor: Vendor, Current, the aging-band columns (the 1–30, 31–60, and 61–90 day bands plus 90+ — generated from the report's 30/60/90-day buckets), and Total. A Totals row sums every band across all vendors. When nothing is outstanding the report reads "No outstanding payables."
Actions
- Refresh re-runs the report for the current As of Date.
- Export downloads it as CSV, PDF, or Excel.
Pair this with the Bills aging column and the AP Payments flow to plan which bills to pay next.
