Payment Settings configures how Linbis Pay behaves and shows where each payment provider stands.

Payment settings form

The General Settings and Automation sections cover:

  • Enable Linbis Pay — let customers pay invoices online via payment links.
  • Default Payment Method — the method pre-selected when a customer opens a link (ACH Transfer, Same-Day ACH, Real-Time Payments (RTP), Credit Card, Debit Card, Wire Transfer, Virtual Card, or Plaid Transfer).
  • Default Link Expiry (days) — how long a new payment link stays valid (1–365).
  • Max Refund Window (days) — how long after payment a refund can be issued (1–365).
  • Approval Threshold ($) — payouts above this amount require admin approval.
  • Auto Reminders — automatically send payment reminders on due dates.
  • AI Collections — let AI optimize reminder timing and predict payment delays.

Save Settings commits the form. A note explains Linbis Pay operates alongside any existing IATA BSP settlement and does not affect BSP billing cycles.

Provider Status

The Provider Status section shows each provider (Moov, Stripe, Lithic, Plaid) with a badge — Active, Pending, KYC Required, KYC In Progress, Suspended, or Disabled. An onboarding progress strip tracks the steps Account Created → KYB Verification → Ready for Payments, with a Retry on any step that failed.
